Understanding Your Vision

One of our core goals at SCI is to provide you with a project that meets or exceeds your expectations.   To do this we start with your vision or need.  From our first communication we are collecting information to help build a conceptual view of your vision.  It does not matter if we are helping design your project or on your team as the builder the process is the same.  Your vision does not necessarily stop at how the project will look, it generally reaches a bit deeper to include how you will use the space.  Over the years we have found that the more questions we ask the better we can tailor the project to you and your family.  It may be as simple as learning that you are left handed, a gourmet chef or that your parents stay with you for the winter months.  They may seem like small points but they are important and what make it your project.

Working Together

SCI aims to work with you from the first step to the last.  As each project is different we are looking to assemble a working team that will pull all of the necessary pieces together to bring your idea to life.  The size of the project can range from window replacement to a full custom home with a basement. Each project is custom to the client and therefore we have never built the same project twice. We have worked on the same model home, bath layout and so on but each one has it's own unique look and character.  With each project we want to learn what is behind the clients desire, needs and how they live.  The more we understand about you, the more effective and useful we will be. After 30 years there is a fair amount of knowledge and advice to pull on. In the end, our first priority is always to leave our clients with a home they are proud to call theirs, and we know that even the smallest of renovations can make the biggest difference.

Schiller Construction

In 1988 Clarke E. Schiller II started Schiller Construction Inc. in Palo Alto, CA.  For four years Clarke ran the business with his first employee Brian McCole.  In 1992 Brett Schiller joined the firm to help with business activities and the rest is history.  Over the past 30 years they have worked tirelessly to gain their reputation as a respectful, honest and committed company construction company.  To learn more about Clarke, Brian, Brett, and the rest of the Schiller Construction team, go meet SCI.
